Our goal is to provide every guest with a peaceful, relaxing experience. By booking this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Occupancy -Maximum occupancy is two (2) registered guests. -All guests must be at least 21 years of age. -No children or infants are permitted on the property. No exceptions. -Only the guests included on the reservation may be on the property at any time. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation without refund, or both. Pets & Service Animals -Pets are not permitted. -We gladly comply with all applicable laws regarding trained service animals. -Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), therapy animals, and pets are not considered service animals under applicable laws governing short-term rentals and are not permitted. -Guests traveling with a service animal must maintain control of the animal at all times and are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from the animal. If the service animal will be on furniture or bedding, we kindly ask that you bring a protective blanket or cover to help protect linens. Smoking -No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is permitted anywhere inside the cabin. -Evidence of smoking or vaping indoors, including odors, stains, or damage, will result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Events -No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial activities are permitted. Commercial Photography & Filming -Commercial photography, videography, content creation for advertising, or professional filming is prohibited without prior written approval. Wildlife -Please keep all exterior doors closed to help prevent bears and other wildlife from entering. -Do not leave food, coolers, trash, or scented items in vehicles, on the patio, or around the fire pit. Septic System -Flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (including "flushable" wipes), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, or other items. -Do not pour grease, oils, or food scraps down the kitchen sink. Fire Pit -Firewood is provided. -Do not use lighter fluid or other accelerants. -Do not light a fire during windy conditions or when a burn ban or no-burn notice is in effect. -Never leave a fire unattended. -Before checkout, ensure the fire is completely extinguished and dispose of cooled ashes in the designated ash bucket.
